The local agent in Chengdu is very responsible, they are always on the chat with you to make sure you are safely send to and return from the trip. That can arrange hotel pick up and drop off. They are also very responsive on every enquiry you have as to make sure you enjoy the trip. Athough there are public transport to reach but saving time and hassle are more important when travelling. The above have make my money worth it.
the travel planner did a good job of planning the trip and was very optimistic and friendly. However there was an error in which one of my companions couldn’t enter one of the attractions. The driver also tried his best to help us to enter the attractions and was prompt in providing his services to us. He came early to ensure he wasn’t late and made sure that we wouldn’t wait long for attractions. However, he was more reserved in talking to customers and I was a bit worried about the safety of his driving
