the bath was great. sauna too. the amenities too. the free yakult, the Popsicles, and the free noodle soup were great. There was 2 bottles of complimentary water along with 2 pineapple snacks. the location is very convenient and there is a mart right in front. they hold your luggage after check out.

great location, with a train station close by and only 10 minute walk to ginza. however the bed mattress is very hard and the pillow is paper thin!
