we stayed overnight, it has a great location to the Shin-Fuji Train Station, eateries, gas stations, etc. I would highly recommend separating smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms by level. It was unpleasant to wake up to the smell of smoke coming in our door and in walking in the hallway, the smoke smell intensified the damp smell in the room. the hotel staff and hotel was really great except for the smoke smell.

absolutely wonderful location. was a short walk from the station to the hotel and the breakfast buffet was a mix of western and Japanese cuisine accommodating many flavor profiles. from the restaurant there was a direct view of MT. Fuji which luckily was very visible during my stay. there was a lovely onsen and the rooms felt much larger then in Tokyo. 5 minute walk to local ramen chains offered fantastic food options and the staff were extremely friendly and ensured there was no miscommunication despite language barriers.
