Great hotel and friendly staff, but location is a drawback
Staz Hotel Premier Dongtan is a great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The lobby-level convenience shop is a big plus and very handy during the stay. The rooms and overall facilities were comfortable and well maintained.
The main downside is the location. It’s quite far from Seoul city, and while the accommodation is reasonably priced, the savings are quickly offset by Uber/taxi costs. Tours also don’t offer pick-up from the hotel or the Dongtan area, which makes sightseeing less convenient.
Breakfast was okay, but there’s room for improvement—more fruit options and better-quality coffee would make a big difference.
Overall, a good hotel if you need to stay in the Dongtan area, but not ideal if you plan to spend a lot of time in Seoul or rely on tours.

Great The staff at the front desk speaks good English, they are very helpful. You have to buy breakfast at the restaurant on the 2nd floor, they have bery good varieties, the location is perfect, there's a mall right behind/next to the hotel. There's even a supermarket in the mall, onky thing it's a mini fridge, enough to put a couple of drink and leftover.
For premier member there's a laundry room on Floor B2 you just have to bring your dish liquid.
There's no Iron in the room, you have to go to the laundry room.

처음 안내소에 갔을 때 호텔전체 건물과 엘리베이터가
두개의 호텔로 사용되고 있었다 . 한 호텔의 이름은 Urban Stay 였다. 당혹스러웠다 . 들어갔는데 왼쪽 옷장 옆의 문처럼 생겨 옆으로 밀었더니 밑으로 네모난 합판이 떨어졌다 .모퉁이는 깨져있었다 . 너무 놀라서 프론트에 말했더니 같은 일이 여러번 있었는지 아
