i booked for no clean room for 1 person only.. i am satisfied with my stay. staff are helpful. they let me check in around 10am as i arrived earlier than 3pm check in time. the hotel is a bit old but no problem with me since i outside most of the time. guest are keep on coming... the location is just 5mins walk from horohirabashi station... right in front of the hotel is nakajima part. my timing is sakura seasonand cherry blossom tree in full bloom is just across the street... choose the room with view of nakajima park especially for full bloom season... i will definitely stay here again, maybe durin autumn and winter season.

For our group of three, this room was more than adequate in terms of space. This was probably among the larger hotel rooms in Sapporo for its price. Room was cleaned thoroughly everyday, although the location was around 2-3 subway stations away from the city center. However, it is just a 3-5 minute walk away from the nearest subway station, so it is still pretty accessible. Also, if you want your hotel to be in a quieter part of town, this location is pretty nice as Nakajimakoen is just in front of it. We stayed for a week and it was superb!
