Hotel room felt dirty. Stains on walls/basebaords, felt old and run down. Carpet was lifting off the floor. Bathroom didn't have liquid soap for showers, only hand soap bars. Managed to find some on a hospitality cart outside my door. There was no microwave nor fridge in the room so no cold water, no leftovers, no food. Shower water pressure was not good. AC was a small window unit and felt like it was struggling in the August heat. No vent or AC in the bathroom. WiFi was down the entire time I was there. I was overall pretty disappointed and felt I should've just booked a normal hotel rather than waste my time on this "boutique" hotel. It's just old and in need of renovation.

Everything was great: the location is fantastic, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and had everything I needed. The room was quite small, but it was a perfect size for my needs as a solo traveller.
