always nice to visit this hotel. the location is amazing and the staff is very nice and always ready to help. I really enjoyed my time there

The hotel is accessible to a lot of train stations, 10-minute walk from Keisei Ueno station. Lawson, 7-eleven, and family mart is just a 2 to a minute walk. The hotel staff were very helpful, I am lucky to experience the Japanese hospitality. I’m a female solo traveller and it was my first time in Japan and I am so glad I chose this place for my 4-day trip in Tokyo. The room was very clean and very cozy. I felt very safe and comfortable walking to and from the hotel. Definitely staying here again. 💯😌⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently stayed at the Okachimachi Urban Hotel for a 4 nights. The location is fantastic—it's about 10mins walk from Keisei Ueno. The hotel is also close to local attractions like Ueno Park, Tokyo National Museum, and Ameyoko Shopping Street, there are lots of restaurants nearby, and 1 station away from a Don Quijote store, which made it easy to explore to shop without walking a long distance carrying a heavy bag. Check-In: The check-in process was smooth and fast. I paid 300 yen(?) for tax, which was not included in this booking. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, and spoke great english! The elevator always stops at the 2nd floor and the staff will greet you and even do small talk. They asked me if I brought umbrella because it will rain that day. The staff really looked happy as I replied in japanese :D Room: My room was small but it's enough for me, it seems clean, and well-maintained. There is no free water, but that is fine. The bed was comfortable, and there is a blackout curtains. The pillow was a little stiff for me but I had a good sleep. It is not sound proof and you can hear little noises like the sound of people outside. But overall it was a quiet neighborhood. You can request cleaning via magnet to put on the outside of the door, and they will give you new towels, slippers, and etc. You would find the toilet small if you are tall, but if you are like me who is small and petite, it's just enough. Overall: I really liked this hotel, and I did not have any problems during my stay. The location, room, and staff was really nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a short stay in tokyo on a budget and is traveling solo. I would like to stay here again in the future!

Overall it’s good , clean staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient too. Will definitely come back in the future
