The hotel is present at the heart of the town next to the Roppongi station which makes commute easy. Great breakfast and comfortable stay. The management can work on extending a wide variety of daily hygiene utilities like sunscreen, razor, shaving cream etc.

This is my second time staying in this hotel and would definitely stay again when I return. The location is near in shibuya and have train lines direct to the famous spot. Donki and conbini is just few meters away. the neighboorhood is also quiet compared some cities.

We had a very pleasant 5-night stay at Comfort Inn Roppongi with my family. From the moment we arrived, the receptionists were very accommodating and always greeted us warmly whenever we came in or out of the hotel. The location is excellent—everything is very accessible. Train stations are just a few minutes’ walk away, and there are nearby pharmacies, convenience stores, Don Quijote for buying souvenirs, and many restaurants. Housekeeping cleaned our room every day, and the room was just right for our family of four. The price was reasonable for the comfort and service we received. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Tokyo and highly recommend this hotel.

We had such a pleasant stay at Comfort Inn. Rooms were spacious, location was just near a train station (like 20 steps away) and the staff was just so warm and welcoming. We paid around the same amount for a hotel in Osaka a year ago, and the space was just considerably bigger. The bathrooms were clean, and it wasn't as suffocating as our previous hotels in Japan. Would book here again if we are to go back to Tokyo some time soon.

convenient location in the heart of Roppongi. check in and out was seamless and staff were very friendly and helpful. rooms were small but that was expected. breakfast was Thai cuisine and very good. only wish they had more variety or changed their menu because by the 3rd day, it got tiring.
