Great hotel at reasonable price. Location is the key. very near to Hachibori station. Staff was friendly and well trained in English.

The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff is very helpful. We sent an email before our arrival to let them know we were expecting luggage, and they gladly held it for us until check-in. Towels were changed daily, and housekeeping service was provided every three days. Bottled water is available in the lobby for ¥50, which is cheaper than buying it from stores. While there are no vending machines in the hotel, there is a Lawson right on the corner. The hotel is just a few steps from Hatchobori Station, only one stop from Tokyo Station, and on the same line that goes to Tokyo DisneySea and Tokyo Disneyland, making it very convenient if you plan to visit the Disney parks. Breakfast is available for ¥1,500, although we did not try it. It was nice to know the option was there. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Tokyo. While it is not located in areas like Shibuya or Asakusa, it is very easy to reach those neighborhoods while enjoying a quieter and less crowded area.

overall the stay was alright with all amenities provided. however the place does have its own unique smell which could be improved and be aware of the location - nearest restaurants and supermarkets are 20 minutes away.

The hotel staff is great. The sandwich buffet is good. It should have been better if they also change their menu everyday.

All in all it was a great experience, however the air conditioning was directly facing the bed. That’s why it was uncomfortable having the ac on when sleeping.

the staff were exactly as attentive as you would expect. the location is central; close to tokyo station and even closer to a local line. has laundry facilities and also close to a laundromat. very safe neighborhood

I stayed in the small room with two twin beds. The space was not big but knew this when I booked. So if you are traveling with lots of luggage you may want to opt for a bigger room. I did not book any food at hotel but they did have breakfast available for a fee. For those going to Tokyo Disney this location is great the station which is around the corner takes you to Disney and also to Tokyo station one stop away. There is a different line that takes you to Ginza. I also used there washing/drying machines they have two and its first came first serve the cost to use is 500 yen Staff was helpful in providing change for machine. There is. a Lawsons and Family Mart crossing the street. You can also walk a little further and you will find western style restaurants there are also a lot of small local restaurants.
