Clean, comfortable room, with a super helpful multi lingual staff. Perfect for a few days in the joyful chaos of Naples. Do not forget to take the main elevator to the 6th floor and follow signs for the roof. Nice little sitting area with an amazing view.

The hotel was located very close to the train station which was a plus for us. We were able to walk everywhere. The hotel surroundings were not very pretty, kind of dirty actually, but I liked that there was police presence most of the time if not, I would not have felt safe. The hotel itself was a disappointment. One of the most important amenities for me is the WiFi. We stayed there for 5 days and the wifi was down for the whole time. They gave us different excuses, but ultimately it did not work. Our first night there they had to switch us to a different room because there was a problem with the bathroom. The next day we had to move all of our luggage back to the original room. I would not stay there again. Also, there was no telephone in the room so each time we needed a question answered we had to go down from the 5th floor to the reception.

Don’t stay here. Don’t recommend. The bathroom was so tiny.I had to walk sideways to go in. And I could barely fit in the shower it’s so tiny.There is no toiletries. 1 soap for everything. The pictures shown are not accurate. I was so afraid staying here. I was no able to book anything else it was almost midnight when I got there the out side is not safe. Don’t come to Naples.Only good thing was breakfast. This hotel is not 8.5 star. It’s more like 3 star hotel.They have someone rating the hotel good so they have an 8.5 star but it’s all lies.

Very sketchy area - police and military outside. Hotel very dated and pictures did not match room provided. Wifi didn’t work during our entire stay

Clean room, centrally located, many good restaurants around hotel, close to city transportation. In front of Garibaldi Plaza where alot of people congregate in the evenings.

This hotel is not worth the price. The description is misleading. The listing states that the rooms are soundproof, but this is simply not true. The hotel is near the train station, and the street-facing rooms are extremely noisy due to traffic, trams, ambulance sirens, and car horns. Even with closed windows and earplugs, I could barely sleep. After complaining, I was moved to another room, but the air conditioner there was malfunctioning. Initially, I was told there were no other available rooms, yet after the AC could not be fixed, another room suddenly became available and I was moved again. The third room was quieter because it faced the interior courtyard, but the balcony was completely unusable. It overlooked a roof covered with bird droppings, and the balcony itself was dirty and covered in bird waste. This was very different from the photos and not what I expected when booking a room with a balcony. Another issue was the shower. The water temperature constantly changed from hot to cold without warning, making it difficult to shower comfortably. Breakfast was acceptable but exactly the same every day. Overall, I spent part of my vacation dealing with noise, room changes, a broken air conditioner, and facilities that did not match the description. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a quiet or comfortable stay.

We travelled as a large family so needed two rooms. The hotel check in was easy and they were friendly and helpful. The rooms were okay, nothing special, one issue with the sink in the one room, the pipes under came unscrewed and was not connected so they brought up a bucket and they came up in the morning to fix it and just came in the room without knocking to see if anyone was there and boys were still sleeping and wife was in the shower so not ideal. The beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful otherwise. Not great but not bad.

Staff was super kind! They upgraded my room for free 💖 Area looks sketchy, but as soon as you walk in their doors you feel safe and welcome :)) Also, location is SUPER convenient since it's a short walk to Naples train station!

Clean rooms in a good location close to the main station. Ideal for an over-night stop.

Is not same as shown on the picture and describe on the website I would not refer this to stay again
