The shower was not what we were used to- shower attachment in a tub with no curtain. But when in Rome… All else was fabulous- a gorgeous facility. Nothing like a Best Western in the States.

The location to the train station after a very long journey from Australia was a blessing. It is also not to far from all the city of Genoa has to offer. The check in staff (2 in particular very helpful others not so helpful but pleasant) room was clean and comfortable and we booked the small room which was still bigger than most hotel rooms in Europe. Highly recommend a stay and €5 Aperol & Campari Spritz's also add up to a win here.

Pros: Opposite Brignole station yet felt safe| Massive room | Comfortable bed | Power sockets were in the right places | Complimentary water | Lots of table/wardrobe space | Breakfast buffet from cafe downstairs only 12 EUR | Very nice furnishings / interiors in room and hotel generally Cons: USB power sockets could be installed

We were very lucky to have early checking in after 8 hour flight and 3 hours driving from Milan. Very lucky! Bed and space were outstanding.
