We love how clean and pretty the hotel is and how accessible and close it is to downtown, transportation like bus stops, train station and all establishments. The hotel staffs are very accomodating, approachable and polite.

Great stay, good value for money and solid location. The mini goodies were a nice touch and the coffee machine at the bottom floor were nice touch. Breakfast was a highlight because it had such a variety which included Hokkaido specialties. Only considerations worth flagging are (1) reception will not help with any calls to avoid liability as their rationale was to minimize liability (even though the call or booking changes didn’t incur any costs/fees so a bit frustration) and (2) small small stains on the blacker in my room..

comfortable even during winter. with free coffee and tea at the lobby. with microwave available within the floor. we have 4 lugages which fits inside without difficulty of moving. there is a lawson and restaurants within the same block.
