My stay at Le Siesta Hotel Hanoi was truly wonderful, thanks to the clean, comfortable room, restful bed, and especially the exceptional hospitality of Trang. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many popular attractions, sightseeing spots, and shopping areas, making it an excellent base for exploring Hanoi. What truly made my stay memorable was Trang, who went above and beyond by preparing a helpful guidebook with recommendations on places to visit and eat in Hanoi. she personally showed me to my room and saw me off before my departure. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail made me feel genuinely cared for rather than just another hotel guest. Trang’s professionalism sincere hospitality left a wonderful impression on me. Le Siesta Hotel Hanoi is fortunate to have such a dedicated staff member, and I sincerely hope her outstanding service will be recognised by management.I would gladly return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!

I had such a great stay at La Siesta Premium Hang Be Hotel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Quarter. Close to so many places and can easily walk everywhere. Cafe Giang, Bun Cha Ta, Chops Steak and ATE HA Souvenir Shop. There's even an ATM close by, which was really convenient. You really are close to everything! When I arrived, I was welcomed with drinks and fresh fruit. A special kudos to Ruby, who welcomed me when I arrived and gave me a map of the city. She was so helpful and took the time to guide me and give me recommendations throughout my stay. She always made sure I was doing okay and having a great experience. All the staff were also very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The service really made me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was really good, with lots of choices. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Great location, lovely hotel, amazing staff, and great food. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in a great location, near the lake, with tour agencies & massage everywhere. Great breakfast & service too by staff! Especially Ngan, she recommended Blue Butterfly & Cha Ca Thang Long restaurants which are fantastic! La Spa was nice too! Booked our last nite here after Halong Bay, no regrets!!
