breakfast: amazing! we didn't have to go out. we stayed for 3 nights, they have variety.
hotel location: very near everywhere. we just walked around without set itineraries and found good shops and restaurants.
service: all staff have been very helpful. Definitely staying there again.

GOOD:
1. The hotel facade and lobby looked new and modern. We specially liked the signature scent and the colorful fabrics of their lobby furniture.
2. Thank you for upgrading us to a Triple De Luxe room which has a slightly bigger size. Inside was a Smart TV and plush bedding which guaranteed good sleep.
3. Comet Restaurant. We had an early checkout and Ms. Moon prepared a takeaway bag with some bread and fruits. Fantastic customer servicing Ms. Moon.
4. Skylight Skybar. was greeted by fantastic views of Hoan Kiem lake and city skyline. Music playlist was upbeat adding to the chill vibe.
5. Most importantly, our stay was made wonderful by the hotel staff namely Jennie, Zoe and the ever smiling David. Special mention to Germany who helped me look for the duck restaurant a few buildings alongside the hotel.
COULD BE IMPROVED:
1. Wifi was lost on the evening of May 22 until our check out the next day. However, the lost of internet is not the hotel's fault but the internet provider's.

The elevator is the only one — a fail. During meal times, you have to wait a long time; however, the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. Hotel staff enjoy small talk and casual chatting. If you're an extrovert (E-type person), you'll feel very comfortable here.
