Fantastic
We had a wonderful time in Boston, especially at The College Club of Boston. We enjoyed everything about this special B&B. Our room was lovely, and we truly appreciated all the effort the staff made to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We hope to come back someday! Thank you, CCB!!

Fantastic
The College Club of Boston is an elegant hotel with friendly staff. It's located in a nice neighbourhood by the Public Garden, and only a short walk away to Arlington station. The single rooms are well kept, well furnished, and cozy while sharing the washroom wasn't as much of an inconvenience as I feared (note this does not pertain to the larger suites which possess private washrooms). However, this depends on who you get as your neighbours. For instance, one family was fairly noisy and had left the garbage bag messier than usual while another group left the shower curtain outside the shower causing water to collect all over the floor. The single rooms do not possess a fridge or microwave (as advertized), but they allow using the same appliances in the dining area, which served just as well. Offering free tea, coffee, fruits and fresh cookies 24/7 in the dining hall was also a convenient service. The continental breakfast largely includes juice, fresh milk, cereals, oatmeals, hard boiled eggs, fruit, croissants, english muffins, bagels, and other baked goods. I noticed staff did come in my room once to change a lightly filled garbage bag despite having the "privacy please" tag hung on the door; however, they may have done this because my stay reached its third day. Overall, I liked another guest's review comparing the hotel to visiting an aunt's home in the city. It is a very clean and well kept building which provides a unique homely quality that is uncommon in most hotels.

Fantastic

Solo stay

This is one of the nicest places I've stayed. The property is beautiful and in a coveted location of the city on a beautiful street that is very quiet. It is a two block walk to the gardens, a 12 min. walk to the T, extremely convenient to get to all of historic downtown spots. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and wonderful. Having food there every morning for breakfast, being able to store your luggage and other personal touches were very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Great

Solo stay

Overall pretty good, however the building is not air conditioned aside from the bedrooms themselves, and the breakfast is extremely lacking. I also encountered an issue with the cleaning staff taking leftovers from my room when they were doing a maid service. Despite it all, the building is beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and the office staff were very nice.

Fantastic

Solo stay

A well located place. The room looked a little smaller than it appears on the photos. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s located quite centrally. I was able to walk to the freedom trail, public garden, Chinatown. Very convenient for visiting Harvard and MIT too. Recommend this place to all who want to explore all parts of Boston.

Fantastic

Stayed with partner

Great location, within several blocks of Boston Commons and transportation and restaurants. The rooms are good sized with two rooms on each floor that are en-suite and two that share a bathroom. The breakfast layout is outstanding with a lot of variety. There is also cookies and fruit throughout the day. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
