Outrageously overcharged for a minimal motel room. $4500 for two rooms/two nights. When checking in I overheard the employee on the phone with someone else who was grossly overcharged and offering them a much lower rate. No parking available on property, even though there were spots open. We were told they were only for airstream guests. Valet made us park offsite and spent $400 in parking fees. The valet team was rude. For these rates go to a much nicer hotel, not a motel.

Music lovers rejoice! You’ve found your hotel. The Verb employs a staff of true rockstars. So kind & accommodating—they make you feel like you’re the only guest at the hotel. I was celebrating a milestone birthday and not only did they put my name on their billboard, they also comped an extra room for us when our AC wasn’t working properly. The AC issue is the only reason I deducted one star. This is a known problem in an entire wing of the hotel and really should be addressed because these rooms overlook the pool making them highly covetable. Despite that one hiccup, I would absolutely stay here again because the staff, pool, cleanliness and vibes are stellar. Oh and the beds are super comfy. And how could I forget about the complimentary cold brew on tap in the lobby and the vinyl collection?!
