Tokyu Stay Ginza exceeded my expectations, primarily due to its incredible practicality and fantastic location. The in-room washer/dryer and kitchenette were invaluable, making my Tokyo stay much more comfortable and convenient. If you appreciate the ability to do laundry and have simple self-catering options while being immersed in one of Tokyo's most vibrant districts, this hotel is an absolute gem. I would highly recommend it and definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo.

Loved our stay at Tokyu Stay Ginza! The room was surprisingly spacious, which made it easy to relax after a full day of exploring Tokyo. The amenities were a huge highlight—they use ReFa products, including the hair dryer, shower head, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which made the whole experience feel extra luxurious.
The location is also hard to beat—just a short walk from the train station, close to shopping malls, and right near the Ginza shopping district, so getting around and finding places to shop and eat was super convenient. Overall, a comfortable and stylish stay, and we’d definitely book here again on our next trip to Tokyo.

In my opinion, it is the best stay in Tokyo, especially if you are going shopping. The location is prime, and the hotel is great for travelers. The staff are helpful and the hotel has a good number of amenities.

Tokyu Stay Ginza was the perfect place for our stay in Tokyo! The location is unbeatable — right in Ginza with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the train station. The room was clean, modern, and so convenient with an in-room washer/dryer, which was a lifesaver during our trip. Staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. Comfortable, practical, and in a great area — highly recommend for anyone visiting Tokyo!

The room is small, we had to close our luggages every time we get clothes. If you open one big luggage, it will occupy all the free space available. Make up/cleaning of room is not free, they will only replenish your toiletries. If you wish to have your room cleaned, you’ll have to pay I think 1,300 yen of I remembered it correctly. But what I love most about it is its location, there are a lot of great food stalls and restaurants nearby, and it’s a good shopping district. And most of all, all of their staff are very nice and helpful.

It was an overall good stay. The room was smaller than expected, it looked bigger in photos. The room also was dusty. However, the location was good and accessible and the staff are friendly and they had foreign staff who speaks english. Very near convenience stores and walking distance to train stations.

Location:
Convenience location, walking distance to Higashi-ginza (1min, 100m), Ginza station also walkable (5mins walk, 350m). Walking distance to Ginza shopping street and Ginza Donki. Nearby have a lot of good ratings restaurants.
Cleanliness
There was only limited room service provided which is fine for me. Washing machine in room is clean and easy to use. There was some leftover water in the kettle not sure it that is clean or not hahaha! There is no window that can be opened in the room, bad ventilation abit. The mirror leather is quite smelly, smell like a shoes kind.
Room size
Huge and most importantly there is a proper long table. I usually use my ipad to watch some youtube videos and I don't like to do so when lying on bed. So this is good for me.
Amenities are ok, free coffee at lobby also. There are bathtub and microwave in the room as well :)

Great location right in the middle of Ginza. close to 2 subway stations too. very convenient to have the washer/dryer in the room.
