It’s a rather small hotel. Quite a bit of distance from the station but it’s still manageable. Great if you prefer some peace and quiet on after a long day. Room big enough for 3 adults and in room amenities good enough. Hotel clean. Staff was great. There’s a nice little cafe near the hotel that serves decent breakfast. Main road has all the restaurants.

Good location with around 200m walk to the latest subway. The monorail line straight to Haneda airport (no stairs!) was also nearby making it a breeze to go to the airport. Breakfast option is limited but all tasty. To improve: Breakfast last call was 9:30 and at 9:35 they started to keep all the food!
