The linen sheets were like sleeping on a cloud. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was very large. The breakfast was delicious with great choices. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. There is a lovely outdoor terrace to enjoy the complimentary wine. This was our first stay at the Bernini Palace hotel but will not be the last. It is in the perfect location.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff were amazing and it was the perfect location in Florence for access ease but not right in the height of tourist traffic. Easy walk to sights and restaurants. Awesome!!

Bernini Palace hotel is a perfectly situated grand hotel. It lies within the heart of Florence. Very near to the Piazzale degli Uffizi It has very accommodating and knowledgeable staff. The staff were more than friendly and eager to help whenever they could. The rooms were decorated in a manner fitting with the age of the hotel and were quite varied. They had modern and well-appointed bathrooms. The small details were not overlooked at this hotel.
