Bed part of room is fine, but bathroom is very poor. Water damage and so so odor. Lots of humidity.

Hotel is in an excellent location. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Hotel rooms and general areas were very clean. Staff was very pleasant.

Nice and clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel situated not far from underground station so a good place to use as a base to explore Milan. Air conditioning was a little noisy so had to be switched off at night which made for a warm night. Overall very happy with our stay.
