This hotel is a 10/10 stay for anyone wanting to be close to Shibuya Crossing and the Pokémon Center! I loved my time here, even though it was just for one night. The unlimited soft-serve ice cream and drinks were definitely a highlight. The rooms looked exactly like they did on the website, and the cozy PJs left on the bed were a nice touch. Space-wise, it was perfect for two suitcases and two backpacks, but if you have multiple large bags, it might feel a bit cramped. And I have to mention the toilets—such a luxury compared to what we have in the U.S.! Heated seats and spray options? Yes, please! For a solo traveler looking for comfort and a chill vibe, this hotel is a perfect choice.

I love this hotel so much it's clean, theres convinience store and mcdonalds beside the hotel and a minutes of walk to shibuya. I also called them about upgrading and only ask them about it but when we got there im surprised they upgrade our room Thank you so muchhhhh!!!! I super love the superior room 🩷

Excellent service cleanliness is superb close to shibuya just one station ahead riding a bus room is a little bit of small but it exceed my expectation will be booked again

It is very clean and great help with friendly staffs. You could take skin care products at the front desk and enjoy free ice cream. The hotel is outside of the 24/48/72h metro service for foreign tourists and need to pay with PASMO for the extra distance from Shibuya station.
