Solo stay

I planned on a relaxing afternoon stay after a busy month trip before an early morning return flight to the States. No luck here. Restaurant and pool were closed. No toilet amenities and an uncomfortable night with no A/C. No nite staff and the airport shuttle was an expensive car service after a $270 room rate. No value here for a very disappointing stay.

Some stuff in the bedroom was broken, but not a massive big deal. Shame the pool was green. But overall nice breakfast and easy location to find.

The property could do with some tlc. Our bathroom was lacking a plug in the sink, and the wall clock needed a new battery. We had a cot in our room too, I've no idea why, but it was an obstruction that we could've done without. The staff were friendly and I loved my midnight swim in the outside swimming pool. Parking is plentiful. The bus into Venice is a short walk away and the journey doesn't take long.

Pictures are not representative of actual conditions. AC didn't work despite very hot temperature. Couldn't sleep.

This is a family run hotel and it feels like home. Felicia is the best and was very kind to my elderly nonna who was in a walker. There are rooms that are accessible for handicapped people so please ask for that if needed. There’s breakfast, and dinner available. You can hear outside of the room so I suggest using sleep sounds as to not wake you if you are a light sleeper. All in all I recommend this hotel. 10/10. Grazie mille!
