Great location for accessing the old city of Verona and the Museum of Natural History just nearby. Clean and nice room. The only downside is the noise from the bars downstairs when you have a room on the street side.

Kleines aber gemütliches Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, eine gute Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Verona. Die Innenstadt ist super zu Fuß erreichbar und die Unterkunft liegt in einer beliebten Straße am Rand des Stadtzentrums.

Location near the river was good. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Wi-Fi in our room and hallway was terrible, not usable. Hot water in shower was inconsistent, either cold, or too hot and then cold again. Elevator not at ground level. Had to drag luggage up some steps.

The location and accessability are great. There were snacks and a coffeemachine. During my stay the battery of the smoke detector in the hallway ran out. I informed the agency as soon as I noticed. It took them more than 12 hours to change the battery. In the meantime, there was a constant loud noise and even the smoke alarm went off. It was very loud and disturbing. But in the end they changed it.
