Our one night stay was great. Staff sends you all the information ahead of time so you can check in yourself easily. This was my first time encountering a room that you need to insert a card in order to have power and I accidentally skipped that last part of the instruction (d’oh!). Staff kindly answered my phone call and sorted that out quickly. The place was well kept and clean and conveniently close to the airport.

A great location for a night on the way to FCO airport. The room was very clean , comfortable and quiet . They were very helpful by email for check in and a ride to the airport in the morning. Will stay here again

Very clean and modern property, easy check in and excellent communication. There are stairs to the 2d floor, no elevator, so not easy with heavy bags or for people with disabilities. No driveway, access directly from the street via private gate. Local bus stop F10888 at the gate, check Cotral application for schedule, can go to the aeroport and Ostia.

This was perfect for an overnight stay in Rome. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. They communicated well when I needed a later check in and assisted in arranging transport from the Guest House to the airport early in the morning. The room was very well maintained and the breakfast the next morning was very cute. The juices they provided were delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Surprisingly... amazing stay. Staff super accommodating, location very close to the airport and the property was impressive: clean, modern and well equipped with all necessary. Highly recommended!!! Ps: they offer shuttle service too, tailored to your flights arrival( a lot cheaper than the taxi) and the driver been extremely polite, hands-on to help with the luggage and very accommodating.
