every staff we met was very helpful and kind made the stay really good even dw our room had a horrible window situation but the staff services compensated for it .. definitely recommend this place to stay in Hanoi

one of the best old quarter hotels i've stayed in! the floor are is quiet small compared to others, but the room furnishings felt like royalty! also what an awesome breakfast!
