A really nice hotel away from the hustle and bustle of beer street. We arrived early from Sapa and they were gracious enough to let us check-in early. Staff always greet their guests with a smile, asking your activity for the day, bed was really comfy, the sheets smelled great, and the room was squeaky clean.

I booked 2 higher rate rooms but was given 1 better room aka window facing and another non window room on day of check in. Although i did request for a room on same floor or possibly connecting room. Was told no connecting room available that day but it would be available the next day though. For the hassle of moving we decided to just continue w non window room. I strongly feel in the first place this shouldn't even happened on check in day, the 2 higher rate rooms which I paid should be made available to us. Anyway, rooms are dusty, you can see dust on shelves and tabe top. There was only a half roll toilet paper in the bathroom, house keeping didnt even replace empty roll on the 2nd day. Ended up having to use tissue paper from room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially when there was construction right next door even at 11.30pm on 26 March 2024. A bull dozer picking up debris from next door building being torn down.
