great place to wind down after two weeks in Japan. room was spacious for 4 people and functional with full kitchen and separate bath and shower area. one thing though pillows were not the best woke up with neck pain, so if you sleep with a thicker pillow will need to buy one there or ask for additional ones

A great located family accommodation with lovley Onsen facilities. Breakfast was basic compared to other hotels we stayed at. Good location near Ueno station, park and market. Large room suiatbel for 4 and separet bathrrom and kitchenette. Sorry we only stayed 1 night.

The family room is clean and big, and the location is good. However, we felt cold at the corridor even inside the hotel because of the see through design. Also, the dryer is not powerful enough as we needed 90-120 minutes to dry our clothes.

Cozy room and beds. Amazing outdoor public bath. Close to transportation. Close to the ueno park with a ton of cultural activities & views. We stayed here last year and liked it so much that we came back.

Smooth stay, large rooms, nice location. Didn't like the breakfast, very limited and didn't taste good. I saw on Agoda it was a 5 star hotel which isn't true.. i'd say it's a 3 star hotel at most.

Everything was good except for their breakfast. It's a 3.5 star hotel wherein you get you amenities on the lobby and they only clean the room every 3rd day but they do change the towels everyday and fix the bed if you request for it.

Room was big and comfortable and everything was clean. Only issue for me was the breakfast it was like canteen style where you only get 1 main with bagel (their bagel was bad) and you can get bread and some cereals and some drinks on the spread. So they served same thing for two days straight and only changed on the third and fourth. They only clean the rooms every 3 days. Also just a note that their hallways are openair.
