Great We stayed in the loft room, which was clean and comfortable, but it felt quite cramped for 4 adults. The double bed was decent, though the room would have been much better with a bit more space. We spent a couple of minutes looking for the hotel when it is actually right in front of us because the hotel name at the carpark entrance was not very noticeable since we arrived at almost midnight.
One of the best parts of the stay was the convenience — the hotel has a convenience store, self-service laundry facilities, and free parking, which made things very easy for guests.
However, one thing we really disliked was the mini “zoo” on the 20th floor. The sheep were kept in an extremely small enclosure that seemed more suitable for much smaller animals, like rabbits. It was quite upsetting to see and took away from the overall experience.

Property was clean and filled with amenities. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. There were several shops nearby and many kinds of restaurants open late. The main issue was transport. It was nearly impossible to get taxis to/from Goyang & Kintex.

It was decently clean and although it promised daily cleaning they just left a bag of towels and water bottles. It was still nice though, but wish they had someone come in and done some cleaning.

Overall area accessibility excellent rooms mostly loft set up limits clients to younger ones not safe for elders with steep stairs robes and towels only one (large) we’re 2 also worn out there’s even a hole in one( rug like) and no cleaning offer till ck out we stayed there for 9 days
