If you’re looking for a four star hotel experience with a comparatively good price, this is a satisfactory hotel. However, the lack of sound-proofing and the construction noise at 8am was definitely a noticeable negative unexpected point.

We booked 4 rooms, some rooms didnt have natural sunlight were too dark in the day, since there wasnt enough lighting.
At night, the rooms were even darker, had trouble seeing.
Shower was nice.
When one of our group was to get the room key later, the staff has misplaced all the information given before, and couldn't give the key out till 20 min later. Seems like that staff was not trained well.

The restaurant up on the 7th F was excellent. I had lasagna for dinner and i had enjoyed every morsel of it. The staff all welcomed me with smiles and open arms. I like my room — very comfortable, good size compared to other places that I have stayed in Rome. And the breakfast spread was excellent. They had a corner for Easter food and I had appreciated it.

Below average The beds were like rocks very very hard we had two of their better rooms, the rooms hear all the noises from the street sirens like outside the room. Was not worth the money, once there saw many hotels that were a better value. Location not central
