Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The customer service was exceptional. Location-wise, it's good if you plan in exploring Tokoname City and nearby areas around it since Tokoname provides free shuttle to the downtown. Breakfast is good enough. They provide new towels and toiletries everyday. Cleanliness is very commendable.

this is the best hotel if you came from a long flight, right next to terminal 1 arrival area. complete amenities and has the best breakfast buffet, i wish i know whats their shampoo and conditioner so i can buy to take home.

The hotel was located at a good place, very near the station. We stayed here before going back to the airport and bc of it, we got to have a quick trip to the pottery footpath. The room is not big but enough to accommodate 2 people well. Comfort room is clean, Entire area is well maintained. Our room had a view of the train tracks and it was good to see. Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, liquid body soap) are also provided along with towels, pajamas. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, it was simple but hearty.
