First impression — cleanliness is on point. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. We were given a room on the highest floor facing the theme park, and were lucky enough to enjoy the Deepavali fireworks at night right from our room. The hotel is also very convenient, with easy access to the mall directly from the lobby. comfy bed and pillow. solid 4 star hotel. only

Hotel is well maintained. Location is super convenient as sunway pyramid is directly connected to the hotel. There has a special entrance to the sunway lagoon that allows guest to return to hotel for changing/rest.

comfortable and clean. Breakfast is the best part, with many choices and good services. It's my second time staying in this hotel. My girl love the kids club! Many parking space, and free parking. We just need to validate our card everytime before going out. Overall, Im satisfied with it. Will come back again!

On the second day after I finished my breakfast around Sunway Lagoon. I’ve missed the little steps on a platform and fallen down on the floor. My ankle was injured and swollen. The Sunway Pyramid hotel staff immediately come to do first aid for me and drive me to the nearest hospital to see doctor. A hotel staff stayed with me until I finished see doctor and drive me back to the hotel room. The Conciage, room service and other staff noticed I need special service as I can’t walked. They gave me a big hand when I stayed at the hotel even when I check-out go to airport. I was so impressed for their professional service and have a great experience for this stay in Kuala Lumpur. I would like to thank you all the hotel staff who offered help to me. I really would like to go visit Sunway Lagoon and stay in this hotel again.
