The resort is rather far, about an 1.5 hour drive away from the Bandar Bintan Telani ferry terminal. But return transport is provided between the ferry terminal and the resort, so it’s worth a visit. The resort is lovely and peaceful with friendly staff, and the food is decent too. They do offer lots of activities (at additional cost) such as sambal making, cooking classes, and snorkelling at Mapur Island, so you won’t be bored during your stay!

we had a great stay at cassia bintan - all the staff members are very friendly and accommodating. they always respond quickly to our requests be it housekeeping or any other front desk enquiries. the security is great as well because all taxi / tour drivers can only be allowed in after informing the front desk of the vehicle number. transportation is really convenient because they offer a free shuttle service to and from the ferry terminal, as well as another shuttle bus that brings guests to Plaza Lagoi. we really loved being so near to the beach and you can hear the waves crashing when you wake up! also, the breakfast buffet spread was great and we really enjoyed the food! but the only downside was that our room had a persistent sewage / water logged smell but thankfully we were only staying for 2 nights.

Hotel was clean and has lots of facilities like ping pong, table soccer and a billiard table. Not to mention e bike, bicycles for rent. There was a park nearby with a running track around the lake if you like to jog or walk in nature. And also a beautiful beach with lots of sea activities like jet skiing, kayaking etc. There are also lots of eateries nearby where they serve local dishes.

it's a bit far from the main tourist attractions area (aka treasure cove etc) but we had a dedicated driver for the entire trip and the hotel was cheap, so all's good. the toilet is super huge and the room was quite clean. the huts were spaced quite far apart, so noise wasn't really an issue either. there's also quite a few things to explore (the park is pretty huge) and do (mini archery, pedal boat, ATV, etc at a fee) in the hotel as well, overall a very pleasant experience.

very beautiful villa! we were thrown aback by the friendliness of the staff there! It did rained a bit while we were there but that cleared up pretty quick and we still got our swimming done! Breakfast was HUGE!! would loved to stay there again!

we really enjoyed our stay..each and every staff are very kind, helping and humble ..they are really very cooperative and understanding ..the arrangements are also very nice .hotel room, property, view everything is really really best ..we would love to choose this hotel again for the next bintan trip ..the food options are also nice for vegetarians, there are few options but if you request, they can prepare as per your choice ..so overall for us it would be 10/10
