It's a little hard to find, but go down the stairs on the east side of the Apple Store and turn left to find the counter. I made a reservation for 10:45, but they offered me the 10:00 ride if I arrived before 10. I was able to get on early and use the rest of the time effectively. The cruise was great, of course.
