Hotels near AEON Asahikawa Nagayama

JR Inn Asahikawa was perfect in my books. From the moment I checked in, I was warmly greeted by both the staff and the room itself. Look at my attached photo for the view I got. If you are driving, you can park for ¥800/night (as if end May 2025, at least) with repeated entries, if you need them. Point your GPS to the Aeon Mall carpark and follow the signs to JR Inn. There are an abundance of facilities: a public bath, a lounge with free flow coffee (espresso) and tea (bags), well-kept coin laundry machines, a corner where you can pick up an extra pillow of varying firmness. I only wished that there were more to do within walking distance around the hotel. That being said, the hotel is centrally located, so even if you are not self-driving, you will be able to hop on a bus or train to many destinations around the city.

Free flow sparkling wine! nice and friendly restaurant. we came here after staying at Tomamu The Tower which made us feel like we are still in Tomamu. but it is a block away from restaurants and 3 blocks aways from Aeon mall which is the only place with things todo other than eating and drinking.

The room is quite special. I may be uninformed but I have never stayed in this type of room. There is a hot spring area and the hotel provides free shuttle service to Asahikawa Zoo. Recommended hotels

Super good! There is free ramen to eat and the staff are very friendly, but you have to pay for parking, which is a deduction. The bathhouse also gives away popsicles and Yakult.

Very convenient, very close to JR station!

Our first night is staying in this hotel and it's good. room is rather too small and cannot fit 2 big luggage

best location. JR station and Aeon Mall just at the doorstep. very convenient for those family with young children
