This is the best observation deck in Osaka. I highly recommend going up to see it. There are three levels where you can sit and enjoy panoramic views of Osaka. It's 60 stories high and very beautiful. You can go around 4 PM to watch the sunset.

We like our visit and the garden . The fortress is amazing. Go to the 8th floor first for the view. Visit the garden is a must. You need to walk a lot but they offer a mini bus for 300 Yen .
