Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. There's a large shopping mall downstairs, and the hotel is directly accessible from the airport by bus. Everything was great.

The Prince Hotel Sunshine City Ikebukuro is truly fantastic. The hotel staff will prioritize handling any problems or requests. Superb!

Very peaceful and quiet environment. Location is near the train station and Sunshine City.

The room size is normal, and there is no problem laying suitcases flat. There is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, so you don't have to worry about not having anything to eat in the middle of the night. The hotel has a mall entrance that leads directly to the Galaxy Macau shopping mall, but please note that the entrance is open until 11 pm. After 11 pm, you have to take a detour to enter through the hotel's main entrance. The hotel staff are very polite.

We loved our stay here for 9 nights. The location is superb — just a 2-minute walk from the Otsuka Station (Yamanote Line), with convenience stores within reach, plenty of restaurants nearby and a mini DonQui. We’ve been to Tokyo about 7x in the last 2 years, and this is by far the best hotel and best Toyoko Inn we’ve stayed at. We previously stayed at the Toyoko Inn in Tawaramachi, but this one definitely beats it. They offer free onigiri in different flavors, along with coffee and juices for breakfast. Rooms are cleaned every 4 days, which worked well for our stay. During our trip, my fiancé lost his phone when we stayed near Mt. Fuji for one night. The kind front office staff, Ms. Kobayashi, truly went above and beyond to help us. She called the bus stations, police stations, and even the hotel we previously stayed at to assist us in locating it. We are incredibly grateful for her help. Truly an amazing stay. In fact, I’ve already booked this place again for my solo trip in May.

The Mount Fuji view from the top floor on our last day was amazing! There's an entrance connected to the Sunshine City shopping mall center, so it was great that we could go to Ikebukuro Station while shopping indoors, and the whole family was very satisfied with the accommodations!
