If you dont mind some aging/dated decor then this was quite good because the massage therapists were excellent, friendly and professional. I loved the lavender essential oil they used which was very fragrant and relaxing. The massage rooms themselves are for single occupancy only (ie. no couple rooms are available) and were located behind the gym/spa reception. It is possible to hear some outside noise if you haven't zoned out from the massage but was generally very peaceful. They have a sauna and steam room (i only used the steam room) which are showing signs of aging but work perfectly fine. I would come back for the massage!

The environment is comfortable, clean, and quiet. As soon as I arrived, I could smell the aromatherapy, which was very relaxing. I also saw the Victoria Harbour view, which was lovely. The room was spacious and stylishly designed, and the room's aromatherapy scent was wonderful. The therapist was polite, skilled, and applied just the right amount of pressure. Many thanks to the shop for their care. Due to an unexpected personal situation, the shop was incredibly nice and still helped me complete two projects. I originally bought one Thai massage and one essential oil massage, but because it was so comfortable, I ended up doing a Thai double! A pure 100-minute indulgence! Just a small suggestion: the lights in my room flickered on bright mode, so the bulb is probably broken. Please make sure to fix it!

The spa's location was a bit hard to find, but the atmosphere inside was comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly, the treatment room was clean, and the shower could adjust its lighting. The shower amenities had a unique fragrance. For the treatment, there were three essential oil options, with jasmine being particularly distinctive. The masseuse's technique was excellent and adjusted to the client's needs. The small refreshments provided after the treatment were also delicious. Overall, it offered great value for money.

I visited the Sha Tin branch last time and had a good experience, so this time I went to Happy Valley. The environment is nice, and it even has a private restroom, which is a plus. However, perhaps the Sha Tin branch is newer, so I felt its environment was slightly better. The masseur's technique was excellent, so it seems both branches are good and worth recommending.

A very relaxing gateaway! The spa is exquisite and the whole experience is absolutely pleasant. The massage sfaff attended closely to your concern areas and pressure points. Afternoon tea at WOO bar never diaappoints you and fhe cavier makes it more special. Worth a visit for special occasions!

For this price, getting an hour-long facial and a 45-minute massage is incredibly good value! Plus, they don't cut corners at all. The facial includes cleansing, extraction, a hydrating mask, and a facial massage. The staff didn't hard-sell anything either, so it's definitely worth recommending.

we have visited here quite a few times. the service are good and staffs are nice. we will definitely come again. good if has longer hour parking if use multi service package.
