I received an email about the transfer the evening before, but I also contacted Klook myself. Having hotel pickup and drop-off made joining the tour very easy. We were able to see the main sights of KL, so it was excellent value for money. The guide actively offered to take photos for us. I don't understand much English, but as long as I could catch the meeting time, everything was fine.

The driver/ tour guide is very accommodating. Well reccommended KL city tour. 👍👍

The food tour with Yoga was absolutely fantastic and the highlight of our trip to Kuala Lumpur! He took us to hidden local eateries and authentic neighborhoods that tourists would rarely discover on their own. We enjoyed delicious Chinese noodles, Indian curry, claypot rice, and shaved ice. Yoga was intelligent, polite, and highly professional. His English was fluent and easy to understand, and he understood everything I said. He even taught us how to navigate the train system. This was more than just a food tour—it was an authentic local experience. Yoga was an outstanding guide, and this tour became our favorite memory of KL!

the hotel is very comfortable and spacious. Very near to the establishment that we need to go especially the petronas tower!

It was a very good tour. I thought joining a tour was an efficient way to visit both the Blue Mosque and the Pink Mosque. Our driver, Fatmah, was very kind. She showed us photo spots, took pictures for us, and taught us about various Malaysian cultures, making the car ride enjoyable. We made some great memories!

We enjoyed this private tour as a family!!! Johan, our driver/guide, was very friendly and he also made sure that we are well oriented of the tourist spots we visited by discussing it to us. Highly recommended for families who want a more relaxed schedule.

This service is highly recommended, particularly for business travelers visiting Malaysia. However, it is advisable to avoid booking on Fridays due to increased pedestrian traffic and potential congestion. Mr. Rahman provided exceptional service, demonstrating professionalism and understanding when we experienced a slight delay.

Overall nice experience. Our guide Prema was very helpful and supportive.City tour was nice though felt nothing much to see as it was very hot during the time we visited. Guide helped us to find good photospots. Batu caves was good too. But the best part was Genting Highland and Chin Swee temple , it felt like we are in monsoon wonderland. Weather was foggy and drizzling. Cable car experience was nice too though there was 15-20 mins waiting.

Wonderful experience with small group of 7 people. Starting from trek, then lunch, Tribal Village visit, bamboo arrow shooting and rapid boating. Really fun and guide was great (Mushroom 🍄). Loved the energy. Go for it; just bring spare clothes to change after rapid boating
