The guide was very kind. It was also great that there were plenty of breaks along the way. This is a tour that can be thoroughly enjoyed even by solo travelers.

I was really looking forward to the helicopter flight experience that was originally planned for this West Coast glacier tour. Unfortunately, the trip was canceled the day before due to bad weather conditions the next day, so we didn't go to check in. Although I was inevitably disappointed at the time, I must sincerely give the operator a good review. They proactively notified us of the cancellation in advance, explained everything clearly, and put safety first, which made us feel their professionalism and responsibility. What's even more commendable is that the refund was processed very quickly, the process was transparent and smooth, without any delays or excuses, allowing travelers to adjust their subsequent itineraries with peace of mind. And this trip didn't leave any regrets. We switched to hiking local trails to viewpoints, looking at the glacier and mountains from the ground. Clouds flowed through the valleys, and the snow-white glaciers loomed, the grandeur and tranquility of which were equally shocking. We lost the aerial view, but gained a feeling of being closer to nature and slowly appreciating the beauty of the West Coast mountains. Weather is uncontrollable, but professionalism and integrity can be chosen. This is a company worth trusting. If I visit the West Coast of New Zealand again, I would still be willing to book again and make up for that unfinished flight experience. Safety first, clear communication, and quick refunds, highly recommended.

A full-day road trip! But I wasn't bored at all! You can fully experience the powerful nature of New Zealand's South Island. You can stop at various spots, so I think it's quite a valuable tour. I am Japanese and participated alone. I wasn't very confident in my English, so I was worried about whether I could understand the meeting time, but the driver kindly told me separately in easy-to-understand English, so I was able to spend my time with peace of mind! Thank you so much. During the road trip, they explained a lot about NZ. If I could understand English... I think I would have enjoyed it more (laughs). Bottled water and snacks were provided in the car and were free of charge. I was very grateful for this as there was a lot of walking involved in the trekking.

The journey was very long, but thankfully the tour guide introduced the scenery along the way. The time allotted at each attraction was flexible, highly recommended.

Our guide and driver, Jeff, was excellent. He arrived early, provided multiple explanations throughout the trip, was humorous and witty, and repeatedly asked for our opinions and needs. He also prepared a lot of snacks and drinking water. I was the only Chinese person in the group, and my English is not very good, but Jeff and the other members of the group were very friendly and proactively communicated with me. Overall, the itinerary and experience were fantastic.

The price-performance ratio is very high, it's especially fun, the scenery along the way is particularly beautiful, as if you've come to the world of Lord of the Rings, our two tour guides are also very enthusiastic and thoughtful, it would be even better if the vehicles could be improved.

Totally worth it. You start with about a ten-minute helicopter ride to the glacier, then hike for about two hours. The company provides hiking boots, wool socks, waterproof pants, a waterproof jacket, crampons, and hiking poles. Anyone who is normally mobile can participate.

Our recent road trip from Queenstown to Christchurch was nothing short of spectacular. This journey is a masterclass in NZ’s natural beauty, offering landscapes that feel pulled straight from a movie set. Leaving Queenstown, the drive through the tussock-clad Lindis Pass is hauntingly beautiful. We made a quick stop in Omarama—before the scenery shifted into the dramatic Mackenzie Country. Lake Pukaki & Mt Cook: Nothing prepares you for the first glimpse of Lake Pukaki. The water is an impossibly bright, milky turquoise. Following the shoreline toward Aoraki/Mt Cook was the highlight; seeing the snow-capped peak of NZ highest mountain reflected in the water is a memory I’ll keep forever. Lake Tekapo: A stop at the iconic Church of the Good Shepherd is essential. The contrast of the stone chapel against the vibrant blue lake is stunning. The final stretch through the Canterbury Plains into Christchurch offered a peaceful transition from the rugged alps to the "Garden City."
