Our guide Yumi was excellent. She is fluent in English and was able to explain the background of the places we went to and was able to organize the trip efficiently. Transportation was very comfortable and we had our own shuttle to Ginzan Onsen so we didn’t need to fall in line for the public shuttle. Lunch was also very good and filling.

I personally think the overall experience was great however, The part i think need to be looked into is the time allowed for lunch break the highway stop is a little short. Other than that good job to the guide for the arrangement and hospitality.

The driver was very punctual, which was a relief. The car was spacious and comfortable. It's a shame that tickets weren't included; otherwise, it would have been absolutely perfect. Overall, it was still great!

Great package! Less hassle to go to both Yamagata and Sendai from Tokyo. Well-planned itinerary and great tour guide (Ringo). The hotel was very nice too. Covered all attractions and went back to Tokyo on time. Recommended!

Great driver, he's kind. Easy to find the meet up location in the morning and convenient drop off place. Highly recommend this if you want a hassle-free day trip and doesn't drive. *TAKE NOTE* the Zao Ropeway line is NOT guaranteed- by the time we arrived there it was around 10am but the queue is 120 mins! Our regrouping time was at 1:30pm to head onto the next location (ginzan onsen) Is it worth taking the risk? IDK. So better think twice.

Everything was all planned out and timed well. We managed to see everything based on the itinerary, and Tommy always made sure that we were well-informed with the places that we visited— includes facts about the place and popular suggestions on what to do and try out. The groupchat provided was also very helpful, where it made it easier to know where to meet up, and reviewing back on where to meet up after having a time of our own to explore. It was honestly a very memorable and relaxing trip.

There was no snow monster (Juhyo) at the end of February, but the rest of the tour was great! Tommy is very caring!
