We came to Asahikawa Zoo. I saw a penguin family parade. Great experience. Penguins are so cool and cute. The ice explosion festival light show and fireworks show at night are great. The scenery is beautiful. Tour guide Wu is a girl. Very professional and enthusiastic. All questions will be answered patiently. Can speak Chinese and Japanese. We are very lucky, I guess it's because I have good luck. 3/8. Can get on the icebreaker and see a lot of drift ice hahaha. This ice-breaking experience is worthwhile. On the first day, we had a buffet lunch at the 15th floor of the scenic restaurant. Dinner and breakfast the next day are all-you-can-eat buffets at the hot spring hotel. The next day's lunch was a seafood barbecue, with one portion of fish. Prawns. shellfish. A king crab thigh. A king crab miso soup and a seafood rice. Can eat enough. I would go to rest stops along the way to find toilets. This is the first time I bought a two-day tour on Klook. great. High CP value. Very good. Save a lot of trouble of pulling a cart or riding in a car. There are three more buffets plus seafood grilling. Accommodation at Chaoyang Hot Spring Hotel. It surprised me. The double room is nice and clean, with snacks and a 2000cc bottle of mineral water. Free of charge. It includes food, accommodation, entertainment and tickets. Remember to bring light luggage. Otherwise just stay one night. If the luggage is too heavy, put it on the tour bus. The driver drove very steadily. The meeting place is also easy to find. Highly recommended to everyone. The ice-breaking experience is fun. Good food, good accommodation, good entertainment, and outdoor and indoor hot springs. There are male and female baths. It is separate. A private bathhouse costs 3,300 yuan for 50 minutes.

I couldn’t see any glaciers because they was floated away from bay. that was awful but the guide was so friendly and kind, she always had smile face and warm greeting. she can’t speak English but she tried to make foreigners understood. anyway I looked forward to see glaciers, unfortunately I couldn’t. that was really sad however I can see Sapporo real nature that was new and unforgettable

In order to save time on traveling, we signed up for this tour. It seemed that there were fixed seats on the bus, but the tour guide did not tell us. We only found out that we were sitting in someone else's seat when we got our lunch in the evening. The zoo stay in the morning is only 1.5 hours. If you want to spend more time visiting, it is recommended to eat lunch in the car first, or eat on the way to the icebreaker after visiting the zoo! Our group didn't arrive until 11:20 and got off at the East Gate. It was a pity that we didn't have time to see the penguins walking! In addition, the ground in the zoo is very slippery during the snow season, so it is recommended to wear crampons for easier walking. We took the last icebreaker in the afternoon. We were lucky enough to sail smoothly and see the drifting ice. The crab meat dinner box we paid for ourselves was delicious and had a great value for money! The journey will take up more than half of the time from 9am to 10pm, so it will be a bit tiring, so be prepared.

Due to the remote location of the event, driving time takes up most of the trip. The icebreaker experience was very good, but the Yunzhixia Ice and Snow Festival was a bit too short to take a good photo tour. The tour guide only understands Japanese, but can use Google Translate to communicate. He also has prepared translated information for foreign tourists to understand (Picture 4). He is very dedicated. As for Klook’s event information and customer service, they are very poor! There was an error in the introduction of the meeting place for the event. I raised a question with the customer service staff. The customer service staff continued to quote the wrong information on the introduction and directed the guests to the wrong meeting place! If you don’t confirm with the activity provider before departure, you will miss a whole day of itinerary!

I first came to the South Sea of Okhotsk to experience the frozen port style of Monbetsu City in Hokkaido. On the way, I visited Asahiyama Zoo in Asahikawa City to watch the popular Emperor Penguin Parade, which is so cute! Most of the tourists on this trip were Chinese and Korean. The tour guide who was not proficient in foreign languages could only ask for the help of a translation app but often couldn't understand what he meant. For example, before arriving at Monbetsu Port, the tour guide said through the app, "The icebreaker captain said that unfortunately he caught a cold on the drift ice." So it’s a pity?”😅 It made the Chinese people present dumbfounded! Later, the captain worked very hard to find the remaining drift ice at sea for everyone to take pictures. Patrolling the ice in the North Sea felt like being on the Titanic!

Our tour guide was David and he was amazing!! Gave some insights and recommendations. We were lucky to see Mt. Fuji the whole trip and before we head back it started snowing which was an awesome experience.
