I left feeling confident that the elephants are well cared for and treated with respect. The staff was so friendly and even took photos on my phone for me, and they also provided professional photos free of charge, which was such a nice bonus. I chose the feeding and bathing experience, and it was definitely the highlight of my trip, it was so much fun! If you're visiting Thailand, I highly recommend adding this to your itinerary. It's an unforgettable experience!

Awesome to see elephants up close and free to roam where they wish under the overall guidance of their mahout. There is no touching of the elephants here which I was worried how close we could actually get to them. I did not need to worry, i got everything out of the tour I wanted all while respecting the elephants.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at the sanctuary. The facilities there are amazing. The elephants are kept very nicely, and all the people working there are very friendly. The food they served was amazing. The entire program, everything we did—feeding the elephants, making food for the elephants, playing with them in the mud, and bathing them—was an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime experience. We had an incredible day there. I would recommend this activity to everybody visiting Phuket.

I enjoyed myself. I was the last customer there so I got to feed the elephants by myself. My guide was very nice, informative & communicated with me very well. Which was good for me because I’m a shy person & it helped me feel comfortable. He also took many photos & videos for me during the activity. The elephants eat fast so I got to just watch & pet them for a few minutes. It was a great experience!
