The room is very nice, and the staff are cute and enthusiastic. The price is affordable, and the service is super good. I will come back here if I return to Pattaya; I wish they had a branch in Bangkok!

It was a great stay! Quite far from Pattaya Beach which make it great when you want to rest. The staff are friendly and always smiling and most of them can speak English really well. I also like the design of the Hotel, it’s kind of Emirates Vibe.

An excellent stay at The Grass Serviced Suites by At Mind Pattaya from 13–16 March 2026. The suite was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, offering a very comfortable and relaxing environment throughout the stay. The service was consistently warm and attentive, with staff demonstrating professionalism and a genuine willingness to assist. The property is well-managed, and every detail—from housekeeping to overall upkeep—was handled to a high standard. The location provides convenient access to key areas in Pattaya while still maintaining a peaceful and private atmosphere. Facilities, including the pool and fitness area, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. A highly recommended choice for travelers seeking quality, comfort, and excellent value. I would certainly return on my next visit.

It's quite cheap, and very clean and comfortable, but the location is a bit poor. The closest thing is a foreign currency exchange with a very bad exchange rate, and there are no shops nearby. Also, the deposit of 1000 is more expensive than the price of the room.
