accessible location, just few steps from bus,airport bus and train. Clean room as they are doing daily housekeeping. for coffee lover though, there is no kettle provided inside room so you need to go down at pantry for hot water.

Can't praise the staffs enough for being friendly and helpful in many ways. Will definitely recommend this hotel comfortable bed and they clean the room every day. Room very spacious with a spa and big bathroom.

The room was very spacious. The staff were decent. After spending time in the Philippines, I believe this hotel is missing the “hospitality” touch. It would be great if they helped with heavy luggages or opening the door for us. Otherwise, the room was beautiful.

I am from the US, solo femal traveler in my mid-thirties & BTS ARMY, and I stayed in the female-only capsule dorm: This Hotel/guesthouse exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, the staff were great, and all the guests respected that they were in shared spaces. Guesthouses like this are common across Asia, but not very common in the states, and this one was a lot more high quality than some others I have stayed in (the toilets are bidets <3). The free breakfast in the morning was always delicious, and they provide you with amenity kits in case you forgot toiletries or earplugs. Since it is a shared space, the earplugs and my bed's distance from the bathroom/laundry were critical for me as a light sleeper. You do have to climb into the beds. If you come here, don't miss the view from the rooftop, either. The location is good--easy walk to Anguk and Jongro-3 stations, Insadong, and Ikseondong as well. Don't miss the pocha alley at Jongro-3, especially Fri-Sun.

This hotel is truly beyond words. We booked a double bed in a female-shared area, and it was AMAZING! The place is so beautiful that I can't even describe it. You feel like you've stepped into a different era. Everything was impeccably clean, and the staff were the friendliest people you could imagine. All of them, including the lovely two ladies and two men, were approachable and eager to help with anything we needed. I also want to mention the DELICIOUS breakfast that was included. As vegetarians, we found it a bit challenging to find food in Korea, which is why we cherished the amazing breakfast at the hotel every morning! The food was extraordinary and offered a wide variety. The staff serving in the dining area were also very kind. The place is brand new, and without a doubt, I will stay here again. The experience was marvelous. Thank you so much!

I had a really nice and quiet and comfortable stay for 2 nights and 3 days.

It was a good experience. I stayed there for 3 nights— they cleaned the rooms and provided fresh towels everyday. They also allowed me to leave my luggage before I check in since I arrived at 9am and after I checked out since my flight was late at night. I was able to check in early around 2pm. Even though the hotel is located far from the center of the City, you can just take the Sinseol-dong subway Line 2 and 1 easily since it is near the subway. Bonus is it is near the bus stop for Airport Limousine. You can take bus 6002 and drop off Sinseol-dong station from Incheon airport.

Staff there are so nice especially the man in the front desk 💕They clean and give you water everyday, location is very good as its very near the bus stop and the subway station(suyu). Few steps away there are stores like olive young, mcdo, starbucks, a twosome place. Overall exceptional experience from service to location. You can also leave your luggage there when you want to explore a little bit prior to check in. Again, the staff there is very kind to us 🥹🥰 감사함니다!
