Lotte hotel is a whole experience. Since it was the hottest weather Korea has ever had we stayed underground. Lotte World, Lotte mall, Lotte department, movies, Sky tower and Aquarium. We were well entertained during our stay. We loved everything about it. Our hotelroom was very clean and comfortable. Staff was incredible. Also very spacious for 3 people. Would love to visit again.

This is my second time staying here. Convenient location, near to airport bus/linked to underground subway stations/malls/themepark. Had a very pleasant stay, from check-in to check-out staff were very patient and detailed in their explanantions and housekeeping staff were also very friendly. Good to have Wowpass machine at the hotel lobby and convenience store at the 2nd level. Will definitely stay here again!

Had a very comfortable stay, room was spotless and well-maintained. Perfect location and Seokchon lake was just within walking distance. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly, except for one staff who was quite rude as she expressed her unhappiness and frustration by sighing alot when the refund of the deposit during check-out did not go through due to an error on the POS machine and she did not provide a clear explanation as to when will I receive the refund for the deposit, she just said check-out completed and we will refund you the deposit. This was quite disappointing for a 5-star hotel standard.

family friendly hotel, love that everything is in the hotel, we go to the basement that have a food court, i call it the air conditioned food market. my grand daughter had a blast and visited Lotte World 2x, it is connected to the hotel, so convenient! lots of things to do within the vicinity and the best part is that you dont have to leave. we will definitely stay here again. room is big and spacious all our 6 big luggages and 4 small ones fit with room for more. we stayed in a junior suite with bunk bed party of 4
