big space and clean. complete with food stores near the hotel. train station is beside the hotel. very convenient but not so near the tourist spots

The hotel has convenient transportation, with subway and bus stations nearby. Shopping is also convenient, with a Don Quijote right outside the door and many delicious snacks and restaurants around. The staff are warm and polite, making for a very satisfying stay!

Turn-down service is subtle but appreciated, with soft lighting and refreshed amenities each evening.
Bathrooms are stocked with high-end Japanese skincare, fragrant lotions, and quality toiletries, elevating the daily routine into a self-care ritual.
The rooftop Pool Club offers one of the best views of Yoyogi Park—especially at sunset—with cocktails, light bites, and a relaxed social vibe. However, the ambiance can be disrupted at times by aircraft noise, as the location appears to sit beneath a flight path.

Excellent! Nothing to say, everything is very clean, practical, and available. All the necessary bathroom items are provided; you can clearly arrive empty-handed. And the location is perfect too!!

The place was really nice and clean. It’s walkable distance from the Shibuya scramble. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They even took the time to take us to our capsules.
