we stayed for 4 days, we thought the room was very clean compared to other hotels we've stayed at. they have parking, but it is a car elevator so once you park you don't really get access to your car anymore. we didn't eat breakfast or use any facilities so I can't comment on those. The staff were very kind and its location is very convenient for tourism. it's close to the subway. I would stay here again.

This hotel is really good. It's clean and well-provided. It's location is perfect if you want easy access to buses, restaurants, bars, etc. The service is also amazing. The free breakfast is really delicious and bountiful. The staff are really accommodating and friendly.

This property is the best in Gangnam. Located above the Coex mall and the units are so spacious.

It's convenient because it's close to the airport limousine bus stop and the subway. It seems like the cleaning is getting sloppy day by day. The towels aren't changed, and the bath drain is clogged with hair... But the room is clean and the toilet has a washlet so it was comfortable.

The transportation is very convenient. There is an elevator at the subway station exit. You can see the hotel as soon as you exit. The staff is very polite, the environment is first-class, the bed is very comfortable, highly recommended👍🏻👍🏻

hotel cappuccino is in the middle of Gangnam and it’s super convenient if you are looking to be in this area. Clean and new facilities in the room although the only thing I’ll complain about is the hallway lights are too dim
