the boat is well maintained and there is also a bathroom onboard that is clean as well. each passenger gets a free drink, which is also very nice. the views are simply unbeatable. the amount of passengers they take also makes for a relatively uncrowded experience so it’s very nice.

There's no need to arrive too early; about 20 minutes beforehand is fine. Even if you don't arrive at Pier 33 early, as long as you get there before the boat departs and exchange your ticket, you'll be fine. You'll need to go to the ticket booth first to exchange for a physical ticket. Once you arrive, you can explore on your own following the suggested route, and there are also audio guides available in various languages. After completing the Alcatraz tour, you can walk to the pier to catch the next available boat back to the bay. Upon returning to the bay, you can walk to the ticket exchange point at Pier 39 to continue with a one-hour bay cruise. Please note that the QR code for this ticket exchange will be sent to your email, not the Klook QR code. You can choose your preferred cruise time when exchanging your ticket. The cruise will take you under the Golden Gate Bridge, allowing you to admire the bridge from a different perspective.

Absolutely loved how hassle free this tour was. We booked the morning of the tour, and were on a time crunch as we were leaving NYC on the same day. Seeing NYC from the Hudson is a must do, and this tour encapsulates all the must-see spots perfectly, without taking up too much of your time! this was one of the best things I have spent my money on. going through the cruise was such a great way to get a tour of Chicago and actually learn about the history and culture of the city through its buildings. the guide was very much a showman and truly made something educational truly fun. the views are incredible and a must gor everyone going to Chicago.

In 1.5 hours, the cruise brought us to the Golden Gate Bridge, round Alcatraz, and to the Bay Bridge. There are stories told about these locations as well as San Francisco that bring them to life. It's a great way to see these sights and learn about them.

To get to Pier 83 from Times Square, I took the M43 bus to the last stop. The walk back was quite long. Boarding the cruise ship was easy; I just showed the QR code I had booked in advance through Klook. So convenient! There was only a baggage check when boarding. I chose the 90-minute cruise, and I had plenty of time to take photos of the Statue of Liberty, which I really wanted to see. I recommend sitting on the left side of the boat as it moves forward. You'll enjoy views of Hudson Yards, the World Trade Center, the Brooklyn Bridge, and Lower Manhattan. Even though I went on a hot summer day, it felt a bit chilly with the wind, so a jacket would be a good idea. If you install the Circle Line app, you can listen to the Japanese audio guide, so don't forget your earphones. I only had two days in New York, so I was glad I got to do some sightseeing.

We enjoyed this boat tour so much because we got to see Manhattan's hidden treasures for two hours. The boat guide/speaker was so informative, funny and accommodating.
