Great time and amazing experience! Our guide Alvin was very helpful and explained Evelyn we were doing and what was going on of each place we went to. we truly recommend for some unforgettable memories.

We had an amazing time on the Winter Snow – Mt. Seoraksan, Nami Island & Eobi Ice Valley day trip. The itinerary was well paced, the scenery was stunning, and the winter landscapes were exactly what we hoped for. Our guide, Philip, was excellent. Knowledgeable, organised, and genuinely friendly, he made the day effortless and enjoyable. He explained the sites clearly, kept everything running smoothly, and had a great sense of humour that kept the group engaged. Mt. Seoraksan and the Buddhist shrine was breathtaking in the snow, Nami Island was beautiful and atmospheric, and Eobi Ice Valley was amazing. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you get Philip as your guide. A memorable day trip and one of the highlights of our time in Korea.

Love the places visited. Such beautiful winter wonderland! Thankful for our driver, Mr Kim who drove the long distance and sharing with us some stories. We were also lucky to be able to catch of light festival at Garden of Morning Calm.

Very convenient tour with very nice kind man tour guide Ha Kim. He also drives the van. On time arrival and departure. The guide explains well the history of nami island and railbike. Kudos! Enjoyable trip

We really enjoy this day trip. The weather is perfect at 18 degree. The leaves had changed it’s colours. The farm visit on the very morning is a good start of the day bf heading to Nami and ending the trip with rail ride is perfect choice to go for. Lastly the tour guide Christina is very trueful, friendly and helpfully which go beyond what she has to do. Thanks You so much.

We had an absolutely wonderful time on this tour! Our guide was incredibly attentive to our questions and needs. He made sure we are taken care of because the hikes were a bit challenging for us. He’s diligent ensuring that every member of our group was comfortable and happy throughout the entire journey. His caring and accommodating nature truly made us feel safe. One of the most memorable parts of our trip was seeing the Art Valley—the atmosphere there was a total highlight. Kenzi went above and beyond, contacting us a day in advance to arrange the departure time, making us feel his attentiveness and thoughtfulness. During the journey, he took great care of each passenger, proactively offering to take photos, allowing us to create many wonderful memories. Impressively, Kenzi also taught himself Cantonese, enabling him to communicate smoothly with us, a dedication and effort that we greatly admire. Throughout the trip, his thoughtfulness and professionalism made us feel very comfortable and secure, and we are truly grateful for his contribution. It was definitely an unforgettable and highly recommended trip!
