Convenient location to main train and bus stations. Lots of shopping and food. It’s a pity the Airport Bus doesn’t leave early for Haneda airport- starts only at 11!

The hotel facilities were clean, the desk service was good, and it was a very satisfying 2 days and 1 night. I think I will use it again next time I visit Tokyo. It is close to the city center and there are many convenient facilities nearby, so it is convenient!

It was so close to restaurants and bars! Room was clean, had an amazing city views and really close to a few metro stations. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is convenient, within walking distance of Shinjuku Gyoen Station. The three-bed room is spacious, with a large bathroom and complete amenities, suitable for families or friends, with high cost performance and friendly service.

This was our third time staying at the Godzilla Room at Hotel Gracery Shinjuku—our son is a big Godzilla fan and always enjoys it. Everything was great, but the rooms are quite small, so we’ve had to book two for our family of four. Still, it’s a fun and unique place to stay in a great location.
